Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of non-alcoholic beverages, including coffee, tea, smoothies, and specialty drinks, following established recipes and quality standards Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders accurately, and responding promptly to inquiries Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process retail sales transactions efficiently and accurately Maintain cleanliness of the café area by cleaning equipment, counters, tables, and food handling surfaces regularly Handle cash register operations including processing cash transactions, giving correct change, and balancing cash drawers at shift end Assist with food preparation tasks ensuring food safety standards are met and food is handled properly Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers quickly while maintaining high-quality service standards Qualifications Previous barista experience or food service background preferred; familiarity with beverage preparation is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing Experience using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours Join us to be part of a passionate team dedicated to delivering exceptional coffee experiences!
