Lost Worlds baristas are our front-line team members focused on delivering a best-in-class guest service model. Currently, we are seeking baristas to prepare and serve hot and cold beverages. Barista responsibilities include educating guests on our drink menu, making recommendations based on guest preferences, taking orders, preparing beverages, and receiving guest payment. Responsibilities

• Adhere to our operational policies and procedures
• Create a safe and comfortable environment for our guests
• Greet guests as they arrive at the brewery
• Assist guests in selecting a beverage and finding merchandise
• Capture orders with attention to the details
• Prepare beverages following recipes and incorporating guest customizations
• Serve beverages and food
• Receive and process payments (cash and credit cards)
• Maintain a clean and organized working environment
• Monitor equipment to ensure it operates properly and report any maintenance needs
• Comply with health and safety regulations, including sanitization regulations

• Have experience working as a barista or in guest services
• Are meticulous yet flexible, and passionate about your work
• Experience managing guest transactions and operating a POS system
