You will:

Prepare and serve high-quality espresso beverages, coffee, tea, and specialty drinks. Deliver friendly, knowledgeable, and exceptional customer service. Lead shifts and help ensure efficient, consistent daily operations. Maintain high standards for beverage quality, presentation, cleanliness, and sanitation. Follow food safety and workplace safety standards. Monitor product quality and ensure proper preparation and presentation. Assist with inventory, stocking, and daily café organization. Support and encourage team members during busy service periods. Lead by example through professionalism, teamwork, reliability, and hospitality.

What We're Looking For Required:

Minimum 2 years of professional barista experience . Strong knowledge of espresso preparation and coffee techniques. Experience working with commercial espresso equipment. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment. Dependable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards. Reliable evening and weekend availability.

Preferred:

Previous experience as a Shift Lead, or Barista Lead . Strong interest in specialty coffee and continued professional development.
