Compensation is base ($12/hour) + tips averaging $20+ post tips.
Position Mission:
Serve on the team of baristas by providing each customer who visits our roastery a wonderful experience and ensure that the company's mission is carried forward: At ShareWell Coffee our mission as a team of coffee professionals is to make an impact on everyone we serve by creating a product and experience that exceeds their expectations in quality and service.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a barista for ShareWell Coffee Greet each customer Execute drink making with precision, speed and care. Keep the espresso bar clean and organized Shifts Available Monday-Saturday 7-5 Follow shift checklists Serve each customer with intention and care Core Qualities Timely & Prepared Hospitable & Friendly Clean & Organized Attentive to Quality Understand broad Company Vision Lead by Example Coachable Saturdays required PD offered Employee discounts and perks
