Duties Prepare a variety of non-alcoholic beverages such as coffee, tea, smoothies, and specialty drinks with precision and care Operate POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS to process sales efficiently and accurately Handle retail sales transactions, including cash handling, processing payments, and providing change Maintain cleanliness of the café area by regularly cleaning equipment, counters, and dining spaces in accordance with food safety standards Assist customers with menu selections, answer questions about products, and provide excellent customer service Follow food handling procedures to ensure safety and quality during food preparation and service Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly while maintaining high standards of beverage quality Experience Previous barista experience or food service experience is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Square or Toast Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse clientele Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and measuring ingredients accurately Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures Experience in beverage service or café environments is advantageous Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously Join us to be part of a dynamic team dedicated to creating memorable experiences for every guest!
