Responsibilities Prepare a variety of non-alcoholic beverages such as bubble teas, milk teas, smoothies, and specialty drinks with precision and care Operate POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS to process retail sales transactions efficiently and accurately Greet customers warmly, take their orders, and offer personalized recommendations to enhance their experience Maintain cleanliness of the café area, including food handling stations, beverage prep zones, and seating areas in accordance with food safety standards Handle cash transactions, process payments accurately, and manage cash handling responsibilities with integrity Ensure all food safety procedures are followed during food preparation and beverage service Restock supplies regularly and assist with basic food preparation when needed to keep the café running smoothly Skills Proven experience as a barista or in food service, with a focus on beverage preparation and customer service excellence Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient sales processing Strong knowledge of non-alcoholic beverage preparation techniques and food handling safety standards Excellent math skills for cash handling, making change, and processing transactions accurately Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that creates a positive guest experience Time management skills to ensure timely order fulfillment and smooth café operations Join us as a Boba Barista and be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering delightful drinks and memorable moments!
