Responsibilities Prepare a variety of non-alcoholic beverages including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks with precision and flair Engage with customers warmly, taking orders and providing excellent service to ensure a positive experience Operate POS systems such as Square POS to process retail sales transactions accurately and efficiently Maintain cleanliness of the café area, including food prep stations, seating areas, and equipment to uphold food safety standards Handle cash transactions confidently, ensuring proper cash handling and processing through POS systems Assist in food handling and food preparation tasks according to safety guidelines to support quality standards Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly while maintaining high service standards Requirements Previous barista experience or café experience is highly preferred; familiarity with coffee preparation and drink service is essential Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests Knowledge of POS systems such as Square for sales processing and cashiering duties Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and transaction accuracy Understanding of food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours Ability to stand for extended periods, perform cleaning duties, and work in a fast-paced environment Join us if you're passionate about delivering exceptional coffee experiences!
