) The pay rate is determined by previous experience, performance, and availability. The base pay does not include cash tips as well as credit card tips. you will average roughly $2-3 /hr more than your base pay. Currently we are seeking individuals with barista experience who are driven and sociable. If you can thrive in a fast paced environment, you will do well. We look forward to meeting you!
