Job Description
Barista / Bakery Team Member Brick Oven Bakery - Bismarck, ND We're looking for someone who sees what needs to be done and does it. Brick Oven Bakery is a fast-paced, high-volume bakery and café. We serve handcrafted pastries, specialty coffee, breakfast, and lunch, and we're looking for team members who take pride in their work, move with urgency, and enjoy staying busy. This is not a job where you'll stand around waiting for someone to tell you what to do. We need people who can anticipate needs, keep things stocked and clean, help teammates, and jump in wherever they're needed. What We're Looking For
- Weekend availability is required
- Must be available to work Sundays
- Reliable attendance is a must
- Looking for someone seeking consistent work, not frequent time off
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work quickly while maintaining quality
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Friendly and professional with customers and coworkers
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Responsibilities
- Prepare espresso drinks, coffee, tea, and other beverages
- Assist customers with orders and provide excellent service
- Stock pastries, ingredients, cups, and supplies
- Keep workstations clean and organized
- Help with food preparation and packaging
- Wash dishes and assist with cleaning tasks
