Duties Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Prepare non-alcoholic beverages, coffee drinks, and light food items following established recipes and food safety standards. Process retail sales transactions efficiently, handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods with accuracy. Maintain cleanliness of the café area, including counters, equipment, and seating to ensure a hygienic environment. Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, offering product recommendations, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Manage beverage service and drink presentation to uphold quality standards. Assist with food handling, preparation, and restocking supplies to keep the café well-stocked and organized
