Job Description Sunshine Latte, a welcoming café in Horace, North Dakota, is hiring a Barista to join our growing team! We're looking for someone friendly, energetic, and passionate about great coffee and great customer service. Responsibilities Prepare and serve espresso drinks, coffee, and other beverages according to quality standards Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other café equipment Take customer orders and process payments accurately Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming café environment Restock supplies and assist with inventory management Deliver excellent customer service and build relationships with regular customers Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age Prior barista or customer service experience preferred but not required — training provided Reliable and punctual with flexible availability (mornings and/or afternoons, must be available weekends ) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic math skills for handling transactions Benefits Competitive hourly pay plus tips Flexible scheduling Employee discounts Supportive, fun team environment
