Duties Prepare and serve a wide range of non-alcoholic beverages, including coffee, tea, smoothies, and specialty drinks with precision and care Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process sales accurately and efficiently Handle cash transactions, process payments, give correct change, and balance registers at shift end Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders promptly, and answering questions about menu items Maintain cleanliness of the café area, including counters, equipment, and seating spaces in accordance with food safety standards Assist with food handling and food preparation tasks when needed to ensure quality standards are met Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers quickly while maintaining accuracy and friendliness Experience Previous experience in food service or café environments is highly preferred, especially with barista duties or beverage preparation Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests Basic math skills for cash handling, processing payments, and giving accurate change Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures Experience in retail sales transactions and cashiering roles is a plus Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail This role is perfect for motivated individuals who thrive on delivering excellent service, enjoy working in a lively team environment, and are passionate about coffee culture.
