Café, Barista, Smoothie & Kitchen Team Member Earth's Harvest Kitchen & Juicery is growing, and we're looking for a friendly, dependable, and hardworking team member to join our close-knit crew! Are you an experienced cook looking to get off the night shift ? Or do you have experience working in a café, smoothie shop, juice bar, coffee shop, or fast-casual restaurant and want to put those skills to work in a scratch café? We may be a great fit for you. We're a small, fast-paced, entirely scratch kitchen where we take pride in preparing fresh, high-quality food. Best of all, we're open daily from 8:00 AM-2:30 PM — no late nights! What You'll Do Serve our many regular customers Prepare fresh ingredients and assist with daily station prep Prepare coffee, espresso drinks, smoothies, and fresh juices Assist with chopping fruits and vegetables and other basic prep Keep the café clean, organized, and running efficiently Wash dishes and help maintain a clean work area when needed Follow food safety and sanitation standards Work closely with the rest of the team to keep service running smoothly What We're Looking For Kitchen, cooking, café, barista, smoothie, juice bar, or other food-service experience is a plus A strong work ethic and positive attitude Dependable, punctual, and hardworking Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Attention to detail and pride in your work Able to follow recipes and maintain consistent quality Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities Experience is preferred, but we're happy to train the right person.
