Job Description
Aroma Joe's in Epsom is looking for a career minded Barista to be a Shift Lead.
Barista Shift Leader duties include:
- Barista duties
- Ensuring that shifts run smoothly
- Maintaining a positive work culture
- Resolving guest issues
- Training new employees
- Making sure that the shift runs smoothly and that the shift checklist is complete.
Requirements:
- Restaurant, fast food, or retail experience
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Customer service mindset
- Must be over 18
Availabilty:
Must be flexible as your work schedule may vary week to week based on business needs while fostering a fair work / life balance. Pay based on experience.Job Type:
