Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks with precision and flair. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for retail sales transactions, processing cash and card payments efficiently Maintain cleanliness of the café area, including equipment, counters, and seating spaces, adhering to food safety standards Handle food and beverage preparation with attention to food handling protocols and hygiene practices Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders accurately, and addressing questions or concerns promptly Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without compromising quality Restock supplies as needed and assist with inventory management to keep the café well-equipped Experience Previous barista experience or food service background is highly preferred Familiarity with coffee preparation techniques and beverage service standards Experience using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment Basic math skills for processing transactions and managing sales efficiently Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to develop their skills in the food industry while creating a lively atmosphere that delights customers.
