Job Description
Overview The Beverage Cart & Snack Shack Attendants play a vital role in enhancing the guest experience by providing exceptional service and a variety of beverages on the course or at events. This position requires a friendly demeanor, strong communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be passionate about customer service and have a keen interest in the food and beverage industry. Duties Serve a variety of beverages, including soft drinks, water, and alcoholic beverages to guests on the course or at events. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the beverage cart and snack shack, ensuring all supplies are stocked and ready for service. Process transactions accurately using a cash register, handling cash and credit card payments with basic math skills. Assist guests with their beverage selections, providing recommendations as needed. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while serving food and beverages. Experience Previous experience in a café, quick service fast food restaurant, or any role within the food industry is preferred but not required. Basic math skills are essential for handling transactions accurately. Familiarity with cash registers and point-of-sale systems is advantageous. Strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage with guests and provide excellent service. Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of service in a busy environment.
