Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to established recipes and standards. Operate cash registers and POS systems accurately, handling transactions with precision. Provide excellent customer service by greeting patrons warmly, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including equipment, utensils, and seating areas. Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Uphold health and safety standards in food preparation and handling. Qualifications Previous experience in the food industry or as a Barista is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change accurately. Familiarity with cash registers or POS systems is an advantage. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy periods. A genuine interest in coffee culture and willingness to learn about different brewing techniques. Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
