Duties Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company standards. Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and ensure timely service. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and dining area throughout the shift. Handle cash register operations and process transactions efficiently. Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth daily operations. Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for staff and customers. Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional customer service and support daily operations. Work Monday to Friday from 6 am to 2:30 pm, ensuring coverage during peak hours. Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers effectively. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask. A positive attitude, reliability, and a team-oriented mindset. Prior experience as a barista or in hospitality is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate. Flexibility to work morning shifts from Monday to Friday.
