At the heart of everything we do is our mission: Great People, Great Food, Great Coffee. About the Role At Pressed Café, we believe coffee is more than a drink — it's an experience. With 11 locations (and growing!), we're looking for a Regional Barista Trainer to help us keep that experience consistent, welcoming, and exceptional across all our cafés. This role is perfect for an experienced barista who's passionate about teaching, thrives in a team environment, and wants to help shape the next generation of Pressed baristas. What You'll Do Travel regularly between Pressed Café locations to train and coach baristas Lead new-hire onboarding and ongoing skill development Teach technical skills like dialing in espresso, latte art, and proper drink execution Coach teams on guest experience and hospitality standards Support the rollout of new seasonal drink menus with hands-on training and materials Create consistency by developing and maintaining training guides and resources Collaborate with the Lead Café Trainer to contribute to beverage menu development Partner with management to identify training needs and celebrate staff growth What You Bring 2+ years of barista experience; leadership or training experience strongly preferred Experience in a high-volume café environment Strong coffee knowledge and a genuine passion for café culture Excellent communication and coaching skills — patient, approachable, and motivating Ability to give constructive feedback in a positive, supportive way Highly organized and adaptable; comfortable working with different teams and personalities Willingness to travel frequently between locations Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a strong plus A love for coffee, people, and creating memorable guest experiences We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
