Duties Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and food items with precision and care. Operate the cash register efficiently, handling transactions accurately while providing excellent customer service. Maintain knowledge of menu offerings and provide recommendations to customers based on their preferences. Ensure compliance with food safety standards and cleanliness in food preparation areas. Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages as needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods, demonstrating strong time management skills. Engage with customers to create a welcoming environment, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly. And most importantly, focus on the experiences we create for our customers relentlessly.
