Overview Coffee Shop Hours

• M-F 6:45am-2:30pm Sat & Sun 7:45am-2:30pm We are seeking skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team at a vibrant café. We have both part time and full time positions available. The ideal candidates will have a passion for coffee and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Duties
• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks following café recipes
• Operate the POS system to process customer orders accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café and work area
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service, addressing customer inquiries and ensuring satisfaction
• Handle food safely, following all health and safety regulations
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures Qualifications
• Previous experience in a café or food service setting is preferred but not required
• Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly manner
• Familiarity with coffee preparation techniques and equipment is a plus
• Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to a positive work culture
• Basic understanding of retail math for cash handling purposes
• Hourly starting base pay $12 hour plus cash and credit card tips averaging an additional $6
• 12/hour (for an average hourly of $18
