We're currently interviewing, hiring, and training baristas for all shifts between 4:30 AM and 9:00 PM. What You'll Do:

Prepare handcrafted beverages and food to Aroma Joe's quality standards. Deliver friendly, energetic customer service with every interaction. Maintain a clean, organized café and workstations. Complete shift-specific responsibilities and daily checklists. Safely handle cash and follow security procedures. Communicate effectively with teammates, managers, and customers. Work as part of a team and contribute to a positive, supportive workplace.
