The role This is a hands-on café position that includes taking orders, preparing drinks and food, serving guests, cleaning, restocking, and completing opening and closing procedures. We're hiring for a variety of shifts, including early mornings, daytime, afternoons, weekends, and occasional evening events. This position is part-time, with the potential to grow into a full-time role based on business needs, performance, and availability. Coffee experience is helpful, but a warm attitude, reliability, willingness to learn, and consistent follow-through matter just as much. Scheduling expectations Part-time opportunities are available across opening, daytime, and closing shifts. Early morning, weekend, and occasional evening availability is helpful. You do not need to be available for every shift, but you must be dependable within your agreed availability. Scheduled opening and closing shifts include preparation and cleanup time outside public operating hours. Employees remain clocked in while completing all required work.
