Duties Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages and food items with precision and care, following food safety standards. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process sales accurately and efficiently. Handle cash transactions, perform cashiering duties, and manage cash handling responsibilities with integrity. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders clearly, and addressing inquiries promptly. Maintain cleanliness of the café area, including food preparation stations and serving spaces, adhering to food safety regulations. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without compromising quality. Assist in food preparation and food handling tasks as needed to support smooth café operations. Skills Proven experience as a barista or in the food service industry with strong coffee knowledge. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for sales processing. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours. Basic math skills for retail math calculations, cash handling, and transaction accuracy. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures. Ability to perform serving duties confidently while maintaining a friendly demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
