Overview We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and motivated Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate has a passion for coffee, great customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced café environment. This position involves preparing high-quality beverages, maintaining a clean workspace, and providing an excellent experience for every customer. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages including coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and specialty drinks Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other café equipment safely and efficiently Take customer orders accurately and process payments using the POS system Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, equipment, and work areas Restock ingredients, cups, lids, and other supplies as needed Assist with basic food preparation, plating pastries, and packaging orders when required Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times Provide friendly and attentive customer service while helping customers choose drinks or menu items Requirements Previous barista, café, or food service experience required Knowledge of espresso preparation and milk steaming techniques is a plus Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Basic understanding of food safety and cleanliness standards Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team Availability to work weekends and holidays
