Our bakeshop is all about our craft, respect, compassion, and building a supportive community. We're excited to welcome a team player who wants to grow with us as our bakeshop expands. We are looking for an experienced specialty coffee barista with a background in an independent, boutique, third-wave, specialty coffee shop, specialty roaster, or quality-focused café. This is NOT an entry-level position. We are not looking for candidates whose primary experience is large national coffee chains. We want someone who understands modern specialty coffee and can contribute creatively to our beverage program. Required skills include (but are not limited to): Dial in espresso and produce consistently excellent coffee Create professional latte art Make espresso drinks, matcha, blended drinks, and specialty beverages Create and prepare house-made syrups, sauces, cold foams, and other drink components Develop seasonal/trendy drinks independently—taste, adjust, and refine recipes Handle POS, cashier, customer service, and order flow Keep the bar clean, organized, stocked, and service-ready Support bakery/BOH tasks when needed, including prep, packaging, restocking, dishes, and cleaning Work independently and recognize what needs to be done without constant direction Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. This is a hands-on bakery/café position requiring extended periods of standing, lifting, stocking, cleaning, and moving supplies.

You must be able to stay calm, focused, fast, and professional under pressure while producing quality drinks and handling customers simultaneously in a friendly and professional manner. is able to prioritize, multitask, communicate with the team, and keep the line moving without sacrificing drink quality or customer service. If you become overwhelmed when there is a long line, this position is not for you. can walk into the bakery and contribute immediately—someone who knows specialty coffee, can create drinks from scratch, has strong latte-art skills, and can confidently handle both FOH and BOH responsibilities.
