Duties Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair Operate POS systems such as Micros POS to process transactions accurately and efficiently Engage with customers warmly, providing excellent customer service and addressing their needs promptly Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food preparation stations and seating areas Handle cash, perform cashiering duties, and manage food handling responsibilities following food safety standards Assist in food preparation and serving snacks or light meals as needed in accordance with food safety protocols Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without compromising quality Qualifications Prior experience as a Barista or in the food service industry is preferred; coffee experience is a plus Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to manage time efficiently during peak hours while maintaining attention to detail Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and transaction accuracy Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures Experience with serving, food preparation, cashiering, and café operations is advantageous Familiarity with food industry standards and retail math concepts Join us to bring your enthusiasm for coffee and customer service into a lively environment where every day is an opportunity to make someone's day brighter!
