This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coffee, takes pride in customer service, and can maintain quality and efficiency during both regular and busy service periods. Key Responsibilities Welcome customers and provide attentive, professional service Prepare espresso drinks, brewed coffee, tea, and other beverages Take customer orders accurately and process payments Maintain consistent beverage quality and presentation Keep the coffee bar, equipment, counters, and guest areas clean Restock coffee, milk, cups, syrups, and other café supplies Assist with opening, closing, and routine café duties Communicate effectively with team members during busy shifts Follow café cleanliness, sanitation, and food-safety procedures Qualifications / Requirements Friendly, reliable, and customer-focused attitude Strong communication and teamwork skills Interest in coffee and willingness to learn Able to stay organized in a fast-paced café environment Comfortable learning espresso equipment and POS systems Previous barista or café experience is preferred but not required Benefits Flexible scheduling On-the-job barista training Supportive team environment Opportunities to develop coffee and hospitality skills Employee perks may vary by position and location
