Duties Greet customers warmly and provide attentive service to ensure a positive experience Prepare a variety of non-alcoholic beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, following company standards Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process sales accurately and efficiently Handle cash register transactions with precision, including processing cash, credit cards, and other payment methods Maintain cleanliness of the café area by performing routine cleaning and food handling tasks in compliance with food safety standards Restock supplies and ingredients as needed to ensure smooth daily operations Assist with food preparation and beverage service to meet quality expectations and customer satisfaction Requirements Previous experience in food service or café environments is preferred; barista experience is a plus Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for retail transactions Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to grow their expertise in beverage crafting, cashiering, and customer engagement.
