Qualifications Strong receptionist and front desk skills, including experience with Receptionist Duties and managing visitor flow. Solid Customer Service abilities, demonstrating patience, professionalism, and a client-focused mindset. Proficient Clerical Skills, such as filing, data entry, scheduling, and handling mail and office correspondence. Basic computer proficiency with common office software (e.g., email, calendars, word processing, and spreadsheets). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Reliability and punctuality, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and supporting firm standards. Prior experience in a professional services or accounting office is preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
