THE ROLE

Our Baristas create welcoming experiences for every guest while handcrafting high-quality coffee beverages with care, consistency, and attention to detail. You'll provide exceptional hospitality, prepare beverages according to Tatte recipes and standards, and maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar. We are looking for team members who: Have engaging, warm, and welcoming communication skills Have a passion for hospitality and coffee Enjoy working as part of a team and helping wherever needed Live Tatte's core values and support our mission Have flexibility to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays Ideally have at least 1 year of barista experience using manual espresso equipment in a fast-paced cafe or restaurant environment

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Welcome guests and provide exceptional hospitality Prepare handcrafted espresso beverages according to Tatte recipes and standards Answer guest questions about coffee and cafe offerings Operate espresso machines and bar equipment safely and efficiently Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar station Deliver beautiful, high-quality coffee beverages with consistency Perform other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Passion for hospitality, coffee, and teamwork Strong communication and guest service skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced cafe environment At least 1 year of experience using manual espresso equipment in a fast-paced cafe or restaurant environment is preferred
