Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Preparing artisanal coffee and espresso beverages with precision and care Providing impeccable customer service in a warm, sophisticated manner Maintaining a clean, elegant, and organized workspace Contributing to the calm, welcoming atmosphere that defines our café Collaborating closely with our team to ensure a seamless guest experience Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and making recommendations Maintain inventory of supplies and restock as needed Qualifications Coffee Knowledge Understanding of espresso extraction, milk texturing, coffee origins, and flavor profiles Barista Experience Proven ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality and grace Aesthetic focus on beverage presentation Customer Service Excellence Warm, engaging, and refined communication style Ability to create memorable guest experiences in a luxury setting Professionalism & Appearance Impeccable grooming and attention to personal presentation Punctual, respectful, and composed at all times Attention to Detail High standards for cleanliness and café organization Team-Oriented Attitude Works well in a collaborative, hospitality-focused team Willingness to train, support, and uplift colleagues Adaptability & Initiative Quick to learn new techniques, tools, or systems Comfortable with evolving menus, seasonal offerings, and high guest expectations Food Safety & Hygiene Knowledge Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices Holds current food handling certification (if required locally) Cultural Appreciation A passion for café culture, particularly European or French-inspired service Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Excellent multitasking skills to handle multiple orders simultaneously - Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays •Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
