Gong Cha Barista Garden State Plaza Mall, Paramus, NJ Responsibility:

Make drinks (bubble tea/ slushes/ fruit tea, etc.) Taking orders and processing orders. Orders are coming from in-store customers, and online ordering services. Occasionally, we have special and big orders. Providing informative solutions to customer questions about our products. Kitchen duty including cooking bubbles/teas, and making toppings. Store opening and closing. You will have open/closing shift. You have to follow store's protocols on store opening and store closing. You will be, after predetermined time, required to be independently open, and lead closing. And others.

Qualifications:

Be 17 years or older. Fluent in English. Have work authorization/employment eligibility in US.

Be reliable. Have consistently availability. Have strong communication skills. Attention to details. Show initiatives. Be able to work on weekend and holidays. Be able to work on open shift (9AM) and closing shift (10PM). Be a team player and be able to get along well with other team members. Work experience with other Gong Cha/ Kung Fu Tea/ Vivi Bubble Tea/ TBaar / or other bubble tea brands is preferred. Multilingual is a plus.
