Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in a friendly and efficient manner
• Take customer orders and process payments accurately
• Prepare and serve food and beverages according to established recipes and standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop, including dining area, kitchen, and restrooms
• Follow all health and safety regulations
• Upsell additional items to customers to increase sales
• Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or complaints

Skills:

• Previous experience in a Bagel Shop setting is preferred
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact with a diverse range of customers
• Ability to upsell products and suggest menu items to enhance the customer experience
• Knowledge of the food industry, including food safety practices and regulations
• Basic math skills for cash handling and calculating order totals This position requires a team player who can work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
