Duties Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair Engage with customers warmly, taking orders accurately and providing friendly service to enhance their experience Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient order processing and cash handling Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in food preparation areas, ensuring compliance with health regulations Manage cash register transactions, including cash handling, basic math calculations, and balancing registers at shift end Assist with food handling tasks like food prep, serving baked goods or snacks, and restocking supplies as needed Uphold excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and resolving any issues professionally Qualifications Previous barista experience or strong background in coffee service within the food industry is preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Demonstrated time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures Strong math skills for cashiering, retail math, and cash handling responsibilities Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and effective communication abilities Ability to work flexible hours in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering exceptional coffee experiences!
