Hello! We are looking for a Barista Supervisor to join our Modern General team! Morning and weekend availability is a MUST. This is a full-time position, with hourly pay plus tips. Previous management experience

Must have a reliable personal vehicle. Business hours are 8am-4pm, 7 days a week. Summary of Responsibilities:

Prepare coffee, juices, smoothies, etc. Take orders, process payments, and tend to customer needs Report directly to and support our Kitchen Manager to meet quality standards for all food and beverage items Maintain stock and inventory of all menu items and help with ordering and purchases Ensure all equipment is operating properly and facilitate any repairs as necessary Maintain general upkeep of both the building and the property Oversee daily operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash reconciliation, and security protocols Create and facilitate operational systems for organization, maintenance, customer satisfaction, etc. Prepare and manage the staff schedule Make cash deposits to the company's banking institution(s) Report directly to Director of Operations/Ownership Skills Previous work experience as a Barista or Server/Bartender
