Competitive hourly pay + tips About Good Days Cafe Good Days Cafe is a fast-paced café near the University of Nevada, Reno serving specialty coffee, matcha, smoothies, breakfast, lunch, and cocktails. We're looking for an energetic and dependable Barista who enjoys working with people, can move quickly during busy shifts, and takes pride in making consistently great drinks. Experience is preferred, but we're willing to train the right person with a strong work ethic and positive attitude. What You'll Do Prepare espresso drinks, coffee, matcha, chai, smoothies, and other specialty beverages Provide friendly and efficient customer service Take orders and operate the POS system accurately Maintain drink quality and consistency during busy rushes Prep ingredients and restock the bar throughout the shift Keep the café, bar, equipment, and workstations clean and organized Follow recipes, portion standards, and food-safety procedures Help open and/or close the café Work closely with the rest of the team to keep service moving Jump in wherever needed during busy periods What We're Looking For Barista, café, restaurant, or customer-service experience preferred Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Reliable and punctual Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable interacting with customers Strong attention to detail Able to multitask and stay organized Willing to learn our recipes and standards Able to work well as part of a team Available for a mix of weekday and weekend shifts Why Work at Good Days?
