Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and smoothies Take customer orders and process payments accurately using cash registers or POS systems Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and making recommendations Ensure cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines when handling and preparing food items Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and smooth workflow

Skills:

Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude Strong basic math skills for cash handling and calculating change Knowledge of retail math for pricing and discounts Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures Attention to detail for accurately preparing beverages according to customer preferences Please note that prior experience in the food service or retail industry is preferred but not required. Applicants should be 16 years of age and older. Training will be provided for candidates who demonstrate the right attitude and willingness to learn.
