Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership :

Assist the store manager in executing store operations during scheduled shifts, ensuring a smooth workflow and adherence to quality standards.

Team Management :

Lead and motivate a team of baristas, delegating tasks effectively to create a positive work environment and enhance team morale.

Customer Service :

Deliver legendary customer service by connecting with customers, anticipating their needs, and addressing any concerns promptly.

Training and Development :

Train new partners on operational procedures, beverage preparation, and customer service standards, providing ongoing coaching and support.

Cash Management :

Handle cash register operations, manage financial transactions, and ensure proper cash management practices are followed by the team.

Inventory Control :

Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and minimize waste to ensure product availability and efficient resource use.

Health and Safety Compliance :

Implement and enforce health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe environment for both staff and customers.

Qualifications and Skills Experience :

Previous experience in a retail or food service environment is preferred, with a focus on customer service and team leadership.

Communication Skills :

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.

Problem-Solving :

Ability to handle customer complaints and operational challenges with a calm and positive demeanor.
