Duties Supervise daily café operations, ensuring smooth service flow and adherence to food safety standards Lead by example in preparing high-quality non-alcoholic beverages and food items with precision and care Oversee cash handling and retail sales transactions using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS Train and mentor team members on beverage preparation, customer service excellence, cleaning protocols, and food handling procedures Manage inventory levels of coffee beans, ingredients, and supplies to prevent shortages and waste Maintain a clean, organized workspace by enforcing sanitation standards and routine cleaning schedules Process cash transactions accurately while providing friendly service to enhance the guest experience Experience Proven barista experience with a strong understanding of coffee preparation techniques and beverage service standards Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a café or food service environment preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS is highly desirable Demonstrated ability to handle retail sales transactions efficiently while delivering excellent customer service Knowledge of food safety regulations, proper food handling practices, and cleaning procedures Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy hours Excellent communication skills to motivate team members and engage customers confidently This role is perfect for energetic individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy working with people, and are passionate about delivering top-tier café experiences.
