Join Our Team at Blue Eyed Baker! We're looking for friendly, energetic, and dependable team members to join Blue Eyed Baker as a Bakery Sales Associate / Barista and Market Sales Associate . Positions Available:

Bakery Sales Associate / Barista (In-store) Market Sales Associate (Farmers Markets & Events)

What You'll Do:

Bakery Sales Associate / Barista (In-Store): Greet customers, take orders, and provide friendly, knowledgeable service Prepare espresso drinks, coffee, tea, and other beverages Process transactions accurately and efficiently Package food and keep displays stocked and presentable Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked espresso bar and front-of-house area Complete opening, closing, and end-of-day cleaning tasks as a team Market Sales Associate (Farmers Markets & Events): Set up and break down market/event booths Represent Blue Eyed Baker with enthusiasm and a customer-focused attitude Handle cash/card transactions and track sales Keep market displays well-stocked and visually appealing Educate customers on our baked goods and ingredients

What We're Looking For:

A passion for good food and great hospitality Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment Strong communication and customer service skills Reliability and punctuality Ability to lift up to 25 lbs (for market setup) Availability for early mornings or evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays Perks of Working with
