We are seeking reliable, experienced, and customer-focused full-time Baristas / Café Team Members to join our growing team at MOKAFE. Ideal candidates have prior café or barista experience, are comfortable working a cash register, and are open to cross-training in other areas of café operations as needed.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based drinks, and café menu items to quality standards Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently, including handling cash and card transactions Provide friendly, professional customer service Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and customer areas Assist with restocking, opening/closing duties, and general café operations Cross-train and support other positions as needed to ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications:

Previous barista and/or café experience required Cash register and POS system experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Flexible, team-oriented, and dependable Willingness to cross-train for other roles as business needs require

Morning Shift:

6:30 AM - 2:30

PM Evening Shift:

3:00 PM - 10:30 PM / 12:00
