Handle cash and card payments securely, processing cash transactions with basic math skills and ensuring proper change is given. Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and dining areas by following food safety guidelines and cleaning protocols. Assist with food handling duties when necessary, ensuring all items are prepared in accordance with food safety standards. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without compromising quality or customer satisfaction. Requirements Prior experience as a barista or in food service is highly preferred; familiarity with café operations is a plus. Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is desirable. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests. Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures.
