Join Our Founding Team All Seasons Inn Coffee is opening soon, and we're looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join our founding team. As one of our first Baristas, you'll play an important role in creating the culture, guest experience, and reputation of our café from day one. Whether you're an experienced barista or looking to begin a career in hospitality, we value a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn. Position Summary The Barista is responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience while preparing high-quality coffee, espresso beverages, teas, and café food items. This role works closely with fellow team members to ensure every guest receives friendly, efficient service in a clean, welcoming environment. Key Responsibilities Welcome every customer with a friendly, positive attitude. Prepare coffee, espresso beverages, teas, and food items according to café recipes and quality standards. Accurately take customer orders and process payments using the point-of-sale (POS) system. Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting café, including customer seating areas and workstations. Restock ingredients, supplies, and merchandise throughout each shift. Assist with opening, closing, and daily operational procedures. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations. Work collaboratively with teammates to provide fast, accurate service. Help create a positive atmosphere that keeps customers coming back. Qualifications Customer service experience preferred, but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude with a strong work ethic. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Dependable, punctual, and eager to learn. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds. Weekend availability is preferred.
