•Nights and weekends a must!!•About Us The Bean Coffee House is a local Long Island coffee shop dedicated to quality drinks, great service, and community connection. With multiple locations across the South Shore, we take pride in creating welcoming spaces for both our guests and our team. Position Overview We're looking for friendly, motivated Baristas to join our team for this Fall 2026 . Ideal candidates are upbeat, reliable, and passionate about coffee and customer service. Prior barista or café experience is preferred, but we're happy to train the right person with a great attitude. Responsibilities Prepare espresso drinks, teas, and specialty beverages to standard Provide warm, efficient, and genuine customer service Operate POS system, handle cash, and maintain a clean workstation Restock supplies and assist with daily café upkeep Work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Qualifications 17 years or older Barista or café experience preferred (training provided) Excellent communication and multitasking skills Positive attitude and strong work ethic Availability on weekends Benefits Tips shared daily Employee discounts on drinks and food Flexible scheduling
