Full-Time & Part-Time At Zaman Coffee House, we're building a vibrant community where coffee, culture, and connections come together. We're currently hiring baristas and shift supervisors for opening and closing shifts — candidates who are flexible for both are especially valued.

What You'll Do:

Craft delicious coffee and espresso drinks with care and consistency Open or close the café following proper procedures (prepping for the day or securing at night) Provide warm, attentive service to every guest Keep the café clean, organized, and inviting Support events, collaborations, and community partnerships Share your love of coffee and culture with customers

What We're Looking For:

Availability for opening and/or closing shifts — flexibility for both is a big plus Flexibility for both locations (North Syracuse & Camillus) is a big plus Enthusiasm for coffee and people Attention to detail and a positive attitude Previous barista or café experience is a plus Shift Supervisors — previous leadership experience required Willingness to learn and grow with us Position Details, perks & benefits: Free coffee (of course)

Base Pay:
