Overview:

Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and specialty beverages Prepare boba and various brewed teas Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station Handle cash transactions accurately

Responsibilities:

Beverage Preparation:

Expertly prepare various coffee and tea-based beverages, ensuring the highest quality and consistency in taste and presentation. 2.

Espresso Expertise:

Understand the nuances of adjusting grind size, tamping pressure, and extraction time to achieve the desired flavor profile. 4.

Menu Knowledge:

Be well-versed in the coffee shop's menu, educate customers about different options, and help them make informed choices. 5.

Equipment Maintenance:

Responsible for maintaining and cleaning coffee equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, steam wands, and brewing devices. 6.

Cash Handling:
