Duties Prepare a variety of specialty coffee drinks and beverages with precision and flair. Decorate donuts with creative designs, ensuring visual appeal and quality standards are met. Package baked goods efficiently for retail display or takeout orders. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to uphold food safety standards. Assist customers at the counter with friendly service, answering questions and processing transactions. Support food production tasks such as baking, pastry preparation, and ingredient handling. Follow all food safety protocols and proper knife skills during food prep and decorating tasks. Requirements Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude. Knowledge of food handling procedures and food industry standards. Ability to stand for extended periods during the shift and perform physically demanding tasks. Experience with food preparation, catering, or restaurant environments is a plus. Basic culinary skills including knife handling, food safety certification preferred.
