We're hiring a barista who can grow quickly into running events. Real, hands-on professional café experience required. Hours are flexible and variable — busy stretches of 20+ hrs/week plus slower weeks. You need a schedule that can flex. A vehicle able to carry catering equipment to event sites is a must. Trainable to lead events solo or with one other person — including transporting equipment, setup, and teardown. Pay structure includes a minimum per event plus hourly.
