October 2026; paid pre-opening training required Job summary JPA Clinic LLC is opening a new Beyond Juicery + Eatery inside Cleveland Clinic Main Campus. Beyond is a fast-casual concept serving made-to-order smoothies, fresh juices, wraps, salads, and other fresh food. We are building an upbeat, dependable opening team focused on hospitality, speed, accuracy, cleanliness, and food safety. Team Members are cross-trained across the restaurant. You may greet guests and operate the register, blend smoothies, prepare fresh juices, assemble wraps and salads, stock ingredients, fulfill digital orders, and keep the restaurant clean. Restaurant experience is helpful but not required; we provide paid training. Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, explain menu options, take accurate orders, and provide friendly service.
• Operate the POS system and handle cash and electronic payments accurately.
• Prepare smoothies, juices, wraps, salads, and other menu items according to recipes and allergen procedures.
• Wash, cut, portion, label, date, and rotate ingredients according to food-safety standards.
• Assemble dine-in, takeout, mobile, and delivery orders accurately and efficiently.
• Clean and sanitize workstations, equipment, dining areas, storage areas, and dishes throughout the shift.
• Restock ingredients and supplies and alert a manager when products are running low.
• Follow uniform, attendance, safety, sanitation, and Cleveland Clinic campus requirements.
• Support teammates and rotate among stations based on business needs. Qualifications
• Friendly, dependable, energetic, and comfortable working with the public.
• Ability to follow recipes, safety procedures, and instructions with accuracy.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn multiple stations.
• Restaurant, barista, cashier, kitchen, or customer-service experience is helpful but not required.
• Reliable attendance and transportation to Cleveland Clinic Main Campus.
• Availability for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on store needs. Schedule and work requirements
• Full-time and part-time schedules available; shift availability will be discussed during the interview.
• Ability to stand and move for extended periods and lift/move up to 30 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Frequent use of hands, bending, reaching, cleaning, and working around commercial food-service equipment.
• Must complete required paid pre-opening and position training. Benefits and perks
